Eligibility criteria:
a)The Tenderer must posses :
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up to-date income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory
License from Electrical Licensing Board
b) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than
BDT 7.50 Lakh only during last 5(five) years.
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of
the Tenderer shall be BDT 7.50 lakh in the form ePW2a-3 (uploaded in
section 7, other formats, documets will not be accepted)
d) The tenderer must have experience of completing at least 1 (one) similar
work over the last 5 years of BDT 7.50 lakh in a Single Contract.
e)The tenderer shall have minimum 5 years experience for Operation and
Maintenance of the Lift .
f) Certificate from the original manufacturer ensuring availability of the spare
parts of the lift (Young Jin Brand) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted
with the Tender
g) The Minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT 7.50 lakh (Seven Lakh Fifty Thousands) .Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments, form uploaded in section 7
