Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 28000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05(five) years of overall experience in the salvage & Removal of wrecks from the river, sea and the deep sea.
b. The Tenderer shall have an experience of satisfactory completion of RAISING & REMOVAL Works of wrecks under a Single contract should be 100 (on hundred) lakh Taka and in the last 05(Five) years. Authentic document shall be submitted with tender documents unless and otherwise it will be treated as non-responsive.

c. The Tenderer must have their own salvage equipment’s i.e. Salvage Barge with high powered grab crane, Tug etc. and efficient man power related to salvage works. Certificate of ownership of Salvage Barge & Tug must be submitted with the Tender.

d. All other conditions mentioned in Tender Documents.
