Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 300000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Tender shall be submitted in THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS (Where applicable)
i) Photocopy of valid Trade license of current year.
ii) Photocopy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current income tax return has been submitted quoting TIN no.
iii) Photocopy of up-to date valid VAT registration certificate.
iv) Proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of incorporation (As applicable)
v)) Manufacturer, Distributor/Agent are permitted to participate in the tender. Photocopy of valid Manufacturer, Distributorship/Agency certificate etc must be submitted with the tender.
vi) The Tenderer shall have minimum of 01 (one) year experience for supplying similar goods/services and relevant document to be submitted from Govt. Semi-Govt. or reputed hospitality industry with the offer.
vii) Bidder should have sufficient cash flow to supply the tender items throughout the tender period smoothly. As proof of solvency, the bidders shall submit the original copy of recent Bank Statement/certificate (Min. previous 12 month and not older than 15 days from the date of tender opening) showing the minimum liquid assets or credit facilities not less than 10% of the total quoted price.(In case of supplier / agent).
viii)Unit wise samples (as per quoted price schedule Bottle/Jar/Sachet) of each items must be submitted (Non-refundable) along with the offer and must be ensured that the sample should reach before opening the tender. The reputed brand items will be given preference.
ix) BFCC may terminate the agreement by serving 30(thirty ) days prior written notice to the 'SUPPLIER' .However ,in the case of gross violation or material breaches if any substantial terms of the Agreement,BFCC can terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.
02.The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
