(a) Up to date enlistment papers for Electro-Mechanical category from Dhaka WASA.
(b) Up to date ABC Contractor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(c) Up to date ABC Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(d) Up to date Trade License .
(e) Up to date Tax clearance certificate
(f) VAT Registration certificate.
(g) Bank Statement (s) or Certificate (s) in support of liquid assets or credit facilities of minimum 7(Seven) lakh taka. (Bank statement or certificate should be issued maximum 1 month before publishing
(h) The tenderer must have own workshop or hired workshop with VFD servicing, testing facility.Proof of having own or hired workshop must be submitted.
(i) List of manpower skilled in VFD (Engineer, foreman, technician, helper etc.) and essential equipment for the work (Megger, Avometer, Clipon meter, Electric & mechanical chainpulley, Tool box and other necessary tools) should be submitted.
(j) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Document Sheet.
(k) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 10(Ten) Lakh under 01(One) contract over a period of 05 (Five) years will be required.
