A satisfactory completion of any type of civil maintenance work of at least BDT 21.0 Lac under 5 or less of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation/Private Reputed Company or organization or charitable organization.
The company must submit a letter which stated that he will perform the work within 2.5 Months- Without Submitting this Letter the Tender should automatically be cancelled.
There will not be any time extension without force majure
There will not be any Advance Payment/Partial Payment/Progress Payment.
Before submitting the Tender the Bidder must aware of the above condition.
