Eligibility criteria:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier 03(three) years in any government organization.Years cunting bacward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(II) The minimum specific experience asSupplier in supply of similar Goods under 03(three) contracts successfully completed within the last 05(five) years,with a value of at least Tk.2.18 crore.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Certificate of bank solvency and the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line of The Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.50 Crore issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP System (ITT Clause-16; From PG3-8);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
