Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience as a C&F agent.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works (as C&F agent) of at least Tk 30,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Lac Only) under a single contract for Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) of Goods of Government Power Utility within the last 03 (three) Years which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply.
(c) The Tenderer must have valid updated C&F License from Dhaka, and Chattrogram mentioning the type of business as Clearing & Forwarding (C&F).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty-Five Lac Only). Issue date of Bank certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid asset must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(e) The Tenderer must have valid trade license, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. The income Tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rule of Procurement Policy -2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
