3. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition for which no claim will be entertained.
4. Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
5. 2 (Two) years Technical & Logistic Support will be facilitated by a team of technical staffs for the operation, maintenance and servicing of the instruments on daily basis at the tenderer's own cost.
6. Short Training on use of the Instruments to be provided by supplier after delivery.
7. Manufacturer Authorization is required.
8. PE may ask the tenderer to submit the following documents if required: L/C, Shipment, Certificate with Production date and Place.
