Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Distribution Support Service (DSS) for NOCS Jigatola under DPDC for 03 (Three) Years.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 750000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall have minimum Five years of General Experience.
The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, lead partner shall have specific experience for executing minimum One contract (either completed or running contract for at least two years) of Distribution Support Services (DSS) or Line & Equipment Maintenance (LEM) (Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of 0.4 kV, 11 kV or higher voltage level Overhead Lines, Underground Cables and Transformer etc.) in any public electricity distribution utility in Bangladesh within last Eight years amounting contract value of at least Taka 1 (One) Crore 75 (Seventy Five) Lakh only (under maximum Two nos. of contract) to be supported by evidence as per TDS from any public electricity distribution utility in Bangladesh.
The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer over the last 03 years shall be greater than Taka 1(One) Crore 25 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 40 (Forty) Lakh only.
Any Tenderer as individual or in joint venture form having remaining DSS contract period more than six months from tender opening date in DPDC cannot participate in these tenders [eGP ID: 724941, 724942 and 724943].
Salary and Festival Bonus of supplied manpower, Rent of Vehicle, Logistics and Service Commission must comply as specified in TDS.
A Tenderer or a partner of JVCA, can participate in maximum 02 (Two) nos. of DSS Tenders out of 02 nos of DSS tenders [eGP ID: 724941, 724942 and 724943] and Contract will be awarded for a single Tender.
