* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 22500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 67500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 22500000 ~ 67500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract for supply and Installations of lift completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 190.00 lac in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies organization in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the work was done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the work was done under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 190.00 lac. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (As per Standard Format)] Only. issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. details in TDS.
a) Up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from electrical Licensing Board.
b) Authorization as per TDS.
