The PE may consider those tenderers/consultants as incompetent who have not supplied their furniture within the contract period under this PE.
A Tenderer will eligible to win maximum 03 No's Tender in a same Notice by fulfilling all terms and conditions.
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE
