Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :-
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lac over the last 03 (Three) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: 37.00 (Thirty Seven) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Lac.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
