Brief Description of Package: Procurement of solar lighting system including panel, battery, pole and others for Dhaka WASA road (lot-2).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years, documents shall be submitted.
4) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items or samples and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
5) Manufacturer and Product ISO Certificate shall be submitted.
6) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
7) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board shall be submitted.
8) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
