* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i)  Photocopy of valid manufacturer/distributorship certificate(if applicable).
(ii) Photocopy of valid trade license of current year.                       
(iii) Photocopy of Certificate from the competent authority stating that current income Tax return has been submitted quoting GIR or TIN Number.
(iv) Photocopy of up-to-date valid VAT registration certificate. (only applicable for local Agents/ suppliers)
(v) Photocopy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of in corporation. 
(vi)  Copy of curreent Bank solvency certificate. 
(vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis delivery of items at Local Receipt Section, P&L Support Directorate, Admin building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal Int’l Airport, Dhaka basis.                       
(viii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque. 
(ix) Bidder may mention the Brand, country of origin/Made in & warranty (where applicable). If it is produced by the same company in different countries; the names of all the countries must be mentioned along with price difference, if any between the country of production.
(x) 01(One) Pair sample (Non-refundable) must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hour of days) to 1100 Hrs (LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specification with duly signed by the tenderer.
