Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum of 5 years of general experience in Generator and Sub-Station supply, Installation, servicing and
maintenance works.
b) Valid Trade License, Up to date TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, ABC Certificate, supervisory license from electric licensing board, Bangladesh and income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
c)The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Generator and Sub-Station of similar nature, complexity and methods, with a minimum amount of Tk. 60.00(Sixty) Lac only, successfully completed within the last 5 years in a single contract under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
d) Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 55.00(Fifty five )Lac only. Prescribed form of line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PG3-8(See Section 6) of tender and contact forms and must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority will be Executive Engineer. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
