Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods or services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Lub oil or Control oil or Hydraulic oil or gear oil or grease to Power Sector of Taka minimum 35,00,000/- (Thirty-Five lacs) under single contract in the last 3 (Three) years which shall be supported by End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply.
(c) The Tenderer must update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 35,00,000/- (Thirty-Five lacs). Issue date of Bank certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid asset must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer must have valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. The income Tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rule of Procurement Policy -2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
