Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience of similar nature for the supply of similar goods of minimum Tk 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh Taka only) under a single contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh Taka only).
4. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
5. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document.
Note: Tenderer should visit Raozan 25 MW Power Plant, Raozan, Chattogram before submission of the Tender.
