Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Electrical contractor or supplier with updated ABC License.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (Three) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of Installation and Commissioning of minimum 250 KVAR Power Factor Improvement (PFI) Plant over a period of last 3(three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Completion certificate from concerned authority is mandatory as a proof.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 12 (Twelve) lac.
5) Bidder must submit brochure/catalogue/manual of major items listed in the Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A) at the time of Tender submission.
6) As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
N.B: Partial supply isn't acceptable.
