Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) All Registered tenderer for e-tendering. The Instant Patching premix Asphalt material to be supplied must be able to set on wet potholes without requiring drying or on remaining the water/Liquid/Garbage, tested by recognized testing laboratory of Bangladesh like the BUET, Road Research laboratory of RHD, BSTM etc, The laboratory test certificate will be considered as an additional performance. In that case the certificate is to be submitted along with the tender. The tenderer should have the specific experience of supplying Instant patching premix to any government or semi government organization of a minimum value of Taka. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh in a single order. A performance / completion certificate, as evidence, shell be submitted along with the tenderer. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The tender will be treated as non-responsive, if fails to fulfill the requirements as stated above.

b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.50 Lakh. The issue date of bank certificate/statement must be within the tender notice date and submission date of the tender by the successful tenderer.
