Eligibility criteria:
Any individual(s) firms who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria of each package as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & other condition of the tender documents.
The Tenderers are requested to read carefully the ITT clauses
Special Instructions:
1) Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
2) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained.
3) The tenderer has to arrange land or other establishment by his own for execution of work . Test fees for the required test (as per design and direction of engineer in charge) conducted during/ after the work to be paid by the contractor.
4) Work certificate which is issued by the PE (Procuring Entity) and executed by the public fund shall only be considered as an qualification criteria.
5) Before and after the execution of work videos and pictures have to be taken by the contractor on his own arrangements and submitted to the PE.
6) Field office quality control as well as quality control regulations under Chief Engineer, Monitoring office must be followed by the contractor. Taskforce measurement report, uploaded BWDB specification, Approved Design shall be followed by the contractor.
7) The uploaded documents by the contractor must be clearly readable, any misleading information provided by the contractor represent his/her disqualification.
8) In case of similar work experience certificate consisting different component of work, the part value of similar work component must be clearly mentioned, otherwise the certificate will not be considered.
