Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 3 (Three) years.
A satisfactory completion of Civil maintenance/Cvil construction work having completed work value of minimum Tk. 2.00 lac under maximum 01(one) contract over a period of last 03(three) years from date of publishing the IFT. Completion certificate from concerned authority is mandatory as a proof.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10(Ten) Lac over the period of last three (3) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) lac.
