Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 333333 ~ 1000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer shall have the Specific experience of satisfactory completion of similar Nature of works (lnstallation, Refurbishment, Earthing and Yearly Emergency maintenance
Recovery and Renovation works of 11KV, 11/O.4KV, 0.4KV Overhead Lines and Distribution Transformers along with related services) under Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous/ Sector Corporation organization amounting not less than taka =2,50,000/- (Two lakh fifty thousand) only as a prime contrator in single contract/work order within last 3 years shall be required.
2.Tenderer shall have the avarage annual turnover of greater than Taka =5,00,000/- (Five lakh) only over the last 3 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be taka =2,50,000/- (Two lakh fifty thousand) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of credit.
4. Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
5. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into contract.
6. The Tenderer shall must have to submit Valid up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax certificate with Return Certificate and ABC Electric License, VAT/EBIN Certificate with BIN Return Certificate of last six months.
