Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration/BIN certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License.
Reputed Contractors / firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience.
Reputed Contractors /firms who have specific experience of work in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work (outsourcing of driver) in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 7.50 Lakh. in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 4.00 Lakh. Others formats/documents are not acceptable. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.
The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 12.00 Lakh. Payment certificate/work certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
The tender capacity is Tk 10.00 Lakh.
