* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 14500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4833333 ~ 14500000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of I&C spare(s) of minimum Taka 40,00,000/- (Forty Lac) under a single contract in the last 3 (three) years.
(c) The Tenderer shall have to update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 40,00,000/- (Forty Lacs). The issue date of the Bank Certificate/balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, be financially solvent, be an income tax payer, have the legal capacity to engage into the contract, and not have a conflict of interest, according to EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
