Brief Description of Package: Refining of Unusable old transformer oil under the office of Executive Engineer, Workshop.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 9500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall have 5 years of general experiance.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 16 (Sixteen Lakh) only any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization/ Public limited company in a Single contract(s) over a period of last 3 (three) years shall be required.
3. The average annual turnover shall be Tk. 16 (Sixteen lakh) only over the last 03 (three) years
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh shall be Tk. 08.00 (Eight lakh) Only.
5. Tenderer shall have suitable equipments and other physical facilities to measure the following parameters of refined transformer oil:
• Dielectric Strength (Breakdown Voltage)
• Neutralization number
• Power dissipation factor (Tan δ)
• Resistivity in Ohm-cm
• Dielectric constant
• Specific gravity
• Viscosity
• Flash point (at open cup)
• Colour ASTM (D-1500)
6. Tenderer must have Valid Clearence Certificate from ministry of Environment.
7. Tenderer must have Valid License from Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation for refining of unused/Centrifugable transformer oil.
8. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
9. All other terms and Condition are available in the Tender Documents.
10. Join venture/Consortium shall not be eligable for this Tender.
11. Tenderer must have valid Trade license,VAT certificate, TIN certificate with Income Tax return certificate/Acknowledgement Slip.
