Eligibility criteria:

a) All tenderer regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tender provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
Note:All Registered tenderer for e-tendering. The Instant Patching premix Asphalt material to be supplied must be
able to set on wet potholes without requiring drying or on remaining the water/Liquid/Garbage, tested by
recognized testing laboratory of Bangladesh like the BUET, Road Research laboratory of RHD, BSTM etc, The
laboratory test certificate will be considered as an additional performance. In that case the certificate is to be
submitted along with the tender. The tenderer should have the specific experience of supplying Instant patching
premix to any government or semi government organization of a minimum value of Taka. 6.00 Lakh in a
single order. A performance / completion certificate, as evidence, shell be submitted along with the tenderer. Years
counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. The tender will be treated as non-responsive, if fails to fulfill
the requirements as stated above.
