* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
01. A satisfactory completion of similar single nature of goods supply in RHD at least Tk. 10.00 lac under last 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20.00 lac over the last five (5) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise Payment Certificate from the respective PEâ??s Office.
03. Liquid asset should be tk. 7.00 lac and should sustain in his account for last 3-month before the tender publishment date
04. If the quoted rate is more or less than 10% (ten percent ) of the official rate schedule, tenderer must submit item wise rate analysis including VAT, IT & Profit according to RHD Rate Analysis Format. Inconsistent rate analysis of any item if found or not submit the rate analysis the Tenderer treat as recjected or Non-responsive.
05. In case of quoting same rate, priority shall be given to the tenderer as per latest amendment PPR-2008.
