Eligibility criteria:
1.The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the supply & apply of paint of a minimum Tk 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac)Taka Only) under Two contracts in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lac Taka Only).
4. End user certificate for offered brand must be submitted along with tender. Tender without end user certificate, will not be considered for evaluation.
5. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgment slip, 13 Digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year.
