Brief Description of Package: Production of Different types of SPC Pole, Anchor Block & Bottom Cover (24th Phase) at PC Pole Mfg. Plant, BPDB, Halishahar, Chattogram.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 480000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 48000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 48000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :
a) A satisfactory completion of similar works experience of at least Tk 120.00 Lac or any civil construction works experience of at least Tk 190.00 Lac under a single contract over the period of last 05 years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organisation shall be required. Works experience must be supported by completion certificate. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 Lac [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, as per STD the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.]
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 Lac over the best 03 years in the last 05 years; which has been supported by work completion certificate.
d) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
e) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements of the terms & conditions described in the Tender Document i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & General Specifications (Section 7, SL No. 2 uploaded file) .
f) The tenderer must operate the plant of minimum two shift from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm (A-shift) and 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm (B-shift).
g) Tenderer must upload rational rate analysis supporting the quoted amount.
In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
