Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 7500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all who have the eligibility as mentioned below:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of General experience in the supply of Wooden & Steel furniture of Goods and related services.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor of similar nature of works, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e. any Wooden & Steel furniture manufacture successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 20.00(Twenty) Lakh of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.
d) The Tenderers must have minimum 01(one) own Standard Running Wood Workshop with required equipment or Distributorship from any reputed ISO certified Manufacturing Company such as-Hatil/ Akhtar/ Brothers etc. or equivalent Company as per Approved by Engineer-in-Charge; related manpower & list of machineries for manufacturing of wooden & Steel furniture. Related documents must be submitted along with the tender.
e) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 Financial Years of Tk. 25.00 Lakh.
f) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk 28.00 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender in proper format.
g) Tenderer Having Quoted The Tender Price More than 10% Above or Below The Official Estimated Cost, The Tender will be Rejected.
h) All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT.
