Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderer have to submit the following documents
01. Color scan copy of original valid & up to dated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate & e-TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
02. Color scan copy of valid & up to dated Trade license of manufacturing of firefighting equipment
03. Color scan copy of original Certificate of BSTI approved firefighting equipment manufacturing company.
04. Bank Solvency Certificate having a minimum amount of liquid asset of Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh) Only.
05. Having experience in successful completion of similar type of works worth tk. 07 Lakh under a single contract preferably in BPDB or in a category-1 KPI area.
06. Valid license for 05 (Five) years issued by BSCIC.
07. Valid license from the Department of Fire Service and Civil Defense.
08. Trade Mark Registration issued by Ministry of Industry.
09. Valid document about import of ABC type Dry Chemical powder.
10. Audit report of the tenderer for last 03 (Three) years.
11. Having experience in successful completion of supply of Floro Protin 570 and 6% foam concentrate of atleast 05 (Five) ton.
12. A certificate as a renowned supplier of firefighting components/goods issued by the Directorate of security & investigation of BPDB.
13. The tender security may be forfeited in case of submission of any false/incorrect nor forged certificates.
14. Tenderer must be Bangladeshi citizen.
