4. Warranty Certificate must be submitted along with the technical offer.
5. Shipment must be done from the manufacturing countries.
6. Bill of lading, country of origin Certificate, manufacturers test Certificate must be submitted along with supply of the quoted item by the successful bidder.
7. The tender will be done in two envelop method, one for technical offer and another for financial offer.
