2. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract..
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 238,000.00 ( Taka Two Lakh Thirty Eight Thousand)  Only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the publication date in e-GP portal. Tenderers who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for the Bank,s undertaking for a line of credit.  
4. All other terms and conditions will be as given in the Tender Document.
