Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification, the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for the FY 2022 -2023
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the tax year 2021-2022 / 2022-2023
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,85,000.00 (Three Lac Eighty Five Thousands). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered as non–responsive.
