Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of similar nature (Building, Road, Shed, other Construction Work etc.), successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years a value of at least Tk. 13.00 crore.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 19.50 crore over the last 03 (three) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 19.50 crore.
e) The Bidder must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate,
f) Registration certificate from NBR,
g) Trade license.
h) National ID along with the tender.
i) The successfull contractor/Tenderer have to use DSCC Asphalt Plant, Ready Mix Plant and other supporting vehicle & equipment.
