Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 700000 ~ 2100000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) Tenderer Must be a Reputed supplier who have minimum 02 (Two) years of general experience in supply of Goods to in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years counting backward form the date of tender publication in newspaper.
(b) Must have experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) Work of similar nature of Goods(Chemistry Lab Machine/Fume Hood) , worth not less than Tk. 7.00 (Seven lac) Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Tender Security is Tk 21,000.00 (TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND) to be issued in favour of Treasurer, Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur.
(e) Must Submit Up-to-date Trade license(Supplier), Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(f) The Supplier/Bidder must submit documents of being an Importer of the product along with Import Registration Certificate (IRC) or must have authorization from the main importer.
(g) Must submit catalog/brochure of the instrument which will be used to match the standard technical specification.
(h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS).
