Eligibility criteria:
1. Minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in supply of goods and related services.
2. Supply record of at least one contract similar type of goods (33kV or 132KV Circuit Breaker) in major power utilities such as PGCB/BPDB/BREB/DPDC/DESCO/NESCO/WZPDCL/APSCL etc. within last 03(Three) years(years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) at a cost not less than 9.00 lac.
3. At least 02 nos. performance certificate of similar goods in major power utilities such as PGCB/BPDB/BREB/DPDC/DESCO/NESCO/WZPDCL/APSCL etc. within last 03(Three) years.
4. Authorization letter from the Manufacturer in case of Supplier.
5. Manufacturer valid ISO certificate.
6. Valid trade license, VAT registration, Income Tax certificate ,Electrical ABC License.
7. FAT of goods have to be completed by 02(two) PGCB officials. Cost of FAT and FAT witness is deemed to be included in bid price.
8. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd. in form of pay order or Bank draft.
