Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings:
a) Contractor firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience. Documentary evidence (i.e. oldest trade lisence/Oldest work completion certificate or equivalent) shall be submitted.
b) The Tenderer must have successful experience of at least 01(one) similar nature supply of goods of amount not less than Tk. 45.00 lac in a single work order during last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The supply completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
c) The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 50.00 lac in form of Credit line certificate from any Scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, UV lacquer certificate, FSC certificate, ISO:9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certificate must be sumitted.
f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
