Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 56000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 18666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
Reputed Contractors /Construction Firms who have minimum 05 Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
Having experience in successful completion of work at least 1 (one) no. of construction work including Civil & Electrical works not less than amounting to Tk.120.00 (One hundred Twenty) lac only in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years amounting of Tk. 150.00 (One hundred Fifty) lac only.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 (One hundred Fifty) lac only submitted in from PW2a-3 (Line of Credit).
Updated Trade licence, income Tax clearance and VAT Registration certificate.
Updated ABC/BC category contractor & supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2,4,7,8,9) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
