Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 03(three) years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in Construction works/ Civil-sanitary repair works of at least 1 (one) number contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 1,80,000 in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of greater than Tk. 2,00,000.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 75,000. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date.
5. Tender capacity should be not less than Tk. 2,20,000.
6. The tenderer must possess up-to-date Trade License, VAT registration and Tax certificate.
