Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 90000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) Tenderer shall have a minimum Five (5) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
B) Tenderer shall have specific exprience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum 285.00 Lakh BDT (Two Crore Eighty Five Lakh BDT) under maximum two (2) contracts within the period of last Five (5) years under Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The completion certificates shall have to be issued by the competent authority with clearly mentioning signatory name, designation, email and contract number.
C) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods: Not required.
D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line, net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 315.00 lakh ( Three Crore Fifteen Lakh BDT). For credit commitment from the Bank, the tenderer shall use Credit Commitment Form ( PG3-8) uploaded in drawings section.
