* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1900000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 16.50 Lac (Sixteen Lac and Fifty Thousand Taka Only)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 44.00 (Forty Four Lac Taka) over the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7.50 (Seven Lac and Fifty Thousand Taka)
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 16.50 Lac (Sixteen Lac and Fifty Thousand Taka Only)
Note :
a. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished Unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PW3A-7
b. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
c. Bank Balance: authenticated by bank statement with the day-end closing balance from any scheduled bank issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
