Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 162000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5400000 ~ 16200000.

Eligibility criteria:
a)Tenderer must follow the Standard Tender document uploaded in Section 9. Drawings of Tender document PW-2(a)  for tender submission. Tender document PW-2(a) is used only for inviting e-tender in e-GP but must follow the uploaded Tender document   in Section 9. Drawings of Tender document PW-2(a).
b)Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
c) Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
d) It is duty of Tenderer  to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted) if any documents get corrupted . If Evaluation committee is not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
e) Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rules & regulations. No claim beyond the government rules & regulations will be entertained in this regard.
f)Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
g) If tender evaluation committee found that the quoted amount of the lowest responsive tenderer is higher than the estimated cost mentioned in the approved DPP, then Notification of Award (NoA) and work order of this package will be issued after the decision taken by  the competent authority.
h) All other criteria stated in the tender document uploaded in Section 9. Drawings of Document PW-2(a).
