* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3500000 ~ 10500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 [three] years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of I&C/ Electrical spare(s) of minimum Taka 35,00,000/- (Thirty Five Lac) under maximum 1 [one] contract in last 3 [three] years.
(c) The Tenderer should have a valid and updated trade license, should be financially solvent, income tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of EGCB procurement Policy 2015.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 35,00,000/- (Thirty Five Lac).
