* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3350000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10050000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3350000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All the egp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PW2(a) (For GOB Fund only), document attached herewith as per PPA-2006 and latest PPR-2008.
1. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
2. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be rejected.
3. Payment of work will be made on availability of budget & fund release. No extra claim/ interest for delaying in payment will be entertained. R/A bill will be entertained on the availability of budget and fund. But work progress will not be hampered for lack of fund release/ want of R/A Bill.
4. Latest Technical specification for civil work of BWDB will govern.
5. If any type of Structures/Obstracles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertaintd in this regard.
6. The design may be changed/altered/revised (if required) and quantity of tender item may be increased or decreased.
7. Final Payment will be made on the measurement taken by Taskforce. The selected contractor will handover total work site at a time. No scope to handover the site partly.
8. Taskforce guideline of BWDB will govern enclosed in General specifications.
9. Prework & Postwork may be also taken by taskforce or other agency or jointly.
10. Cost of Interim, Pre-work and post work survey will be borne by the contractor. No extra claim will be entertained.
11. Representative still picture & video of prework & postwork of same location will be taken by contractor and submit to Procuring entity at contractor's own c
