Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have a recent inclusion certificate from PGCL or an enlistment certificate from any other company of petrobangla under 1.3 or 1.4 or both categories as a gas pipeline contractor.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction/modification/maintenance works of at least one(1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last Five(05) years, each with a value of at least Taka Twelve (12,00,000) lac.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than taka Seventy Five (75,00,000) lac over the best five (5) years in the last (10) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka Twelve (12,00,000) lac issued by the bank not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
