Eligibility criteria:
a) NID & Renewed Trade License up to date.
b) VAT registration certificates.
c) TIN/BIN Certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate of Current year up to date (Income Tax unpaid/under-processe certificate will not be accepted).
d) ABC Category License & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board under the Govt. of Bangladesh or BPDB Enlisted 1st class Electrical Contractor license of his own firm renewed up to date.
e) Specific work experience certificate according to ITT clause-9.1.
f) Average annual construction turnover documents according to ITT clause-10.1(a) and Annual Financial Report of Last 03 (three) Year duly audited by a recognized Chartered Accounted firm.
g) The specified amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities certificate according to ITT clause- 10.1(b). Failing to show steady balance, the tender of the tenderer will be rejected.
h) The minimum Tender capacity documents according to ITT clause-10.1(c).
i) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate (Estimate was Prepared by Rate Schedule for Civil/Electrical works/Carrying- 2014, BPDB under Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources) , otherwise the tender will be rejected.
j) Tender security should be submitted according to the regulation 22(1) of PPR-2008 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay order. Original Bank Draft or Pay order Receipt of Tender Security must be uploaded. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
l) For submission of any false information by bidder, Tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.
