Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature supply or Sports Floor under prefabricated rubber matt for multisport supply and installation works. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade License & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Concerned officer of the department from a Government or Autonomous Organization.
d) The experience certificate with concerned NOA must be submitted along with the Tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification of the proposed synthetic turf as specified in TS and take prior approval from concerned authority.
f) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
