Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience in lift supply & installation work.
2. The tenderer must have the experience of satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 90.00 lakh under a single number of contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/organization.
3. The tenderer shall submit certificate(s) stated that minimum 20 Nos. of lift with proposed brand and proposed country of origin have been used successfully in Bangladesh. The certificates shall state that minimum 15 of those 20 lift installed and have been running successfully in Bangladesh. The certificates shall have to be issued by a officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 100.00 lakh over the last 05 years which will be based on work completion certificates.
5. The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 75.00 lac
6. Minimum tender capacity Tk. 100.00 lac.
7. (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate, (iv) ABC electrical contractory & supervisory license.
8. Authorization letter from the Manufacturer, supplier or engineering solution provider to participate in this tender mentioning clearly that the principal company shall provide all technical and engineering support.
