Eligibility criteria:
As Per TDS & PCC
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The tenderers must have minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in construction works of carrying, installation, laying, testing & commissioning of 33/11/6.35 KV submarine cable or carrying installation, laying, testing & commissioning of 33/11/6.35KV underground cable under maximum 03 (three) Nos contracts successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a total value of at least tk 66,00,000.00 (Sixty Six Lac) in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,50,00,000.00 (One Core Fifty Lac) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
4. The required minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 1,05,00,000.00 (One Core Five Lac).
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 45,00,000.00 (Forty five Lakh).
6. Other requirement including Tools/Equipment/Manpower is described in the Tender Document.
7. Interested contractors must visit the construction site of off-grid area before submission of tender and must submit the “Declaration of Site Visit” on their letterhead Pad along with the tender. Tenders without the “Declaration of Site Visit” maybe rejected.
